Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

  • Your contact information (name, phone number, email)
  • Conversation history with our AI assistant
  • Order data and preferences associated with your account
  • Any other personal data stored in our systems

Deletion timeline

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted from our systems.

Data we may retain

In some cases, we may retain certain anonymized or aggregated information that does not allow your identification, for statistical or service improvement purposes. We may also retain data when required by law.
